- How long does it take to see the impact of my presence on SiTiPRO?
Once your account is created, the effects are usually immediate. The first contacts are sent to you from the first week, leading to appointments and file openings. The best profiles can account every month more than 20 appointments and up to 10 file openings in some localities. On average, 4 to 5 new cases are opened each quarter.
- Is there a commitment period?
SiTiPRO is currently one of the few (if not the only) legal matching platforms that offer subscriptions with no commitment period. This flexibility is appreciated by our affiliated lawyers, whom we wish to retain through performance rather than any contractual clauses.
- I already have a website, I am present on social networks. Do I need SiTiPRO?
Yes, many of our affiliated lawyers also have a showcase website, in addition to their profile on SiTiPRO. Showcase websites are not optimized to acquire new quality clients, due to their declining visibility (for the main benefit of legal matching platforms). In order to continuously grow the lawyer's client base, visibility on legal platforms is critical as acquisition of new prospects is a full-time activity that requires both sharp expertise and a substantial advertising budget.

- How does your platform guarantee exclusivity for a client request?
The user arriving on our platform can freely choose the lawyer he wishes to contact. Search tools (e.g. filters based on areas of law or acceptance of legal aid) make it easy to find the appropriate lawyer. Each request is then directly transmitted to the lawyer chosen by the user. Exclusivity ensures the implication and reactivity of our affiliated lawyers (sharing client requests leads on the contrary to disengagement amongst lawyers).
- How does your platform acquire its traffic and receive client requests?
Our platform is present on the main search engines (including Google) where we are visible in the first positions for many keywords associated to legal terms (lawyers / areas of law) across various localities. In addition, we are expanding through other paid (advertising) or structural traffic acquisition channels, e.g. natural search, partnerships, social media.
- What is the price of the service?
Our service is offered as a monthly subscription, payable upfront on a monthly or semi-annual basis. The price of the subscription depends, among others, of your locality. - Once I registered on SiTiPRO, I was put on a waiting list. Why?
We wish to maintain a balance between the number of lawyers on our platform for a given locality and the volume of business that we can generate there. We welcome new lawyers within a particular locality only if we can increase our business volume. If this is not the case, you will be put on our waiting list and subscription will start as soon as the situation changes. You can also try to sign up again after a few weeks.
- Can a lawyer with multiple firms subscribe to multiple accounts on your platform?
Yes it's possible. We offer "multi-account" accounts for lawyers with multiple local offices. For each local office, a new profile is created on our platform. Each profile is subject to specific invoicing.
- Can a law firm subscribe to a single account for the firm?
By default, only a lawyer (as an individual) can create a profile on our platform. For a firm composed of multiple lawyers, each lawyer can freely create his profile. For any specific request regarding the needs of large law firms, do not hesitate to contact us directly.
- Will the number of files opened each month thanks to SiTiPRO be constant over time?
The traffic associated with each profile on our platform tends to increase over time because the oldest pages are favored by search engines. Thus it generally results in higher volumes of leads for profiles with most seniority on our platform. We recommend analysing any potential evolution through a minimum 3 month period in order to smooth any seasonal effects.
- Does your service comply with any ethical rules lawyers are subject to?
We strive to comply with all ethical rules lawyers are subject to across various jurisdictions. That is why we always abide by the most conservative interpretation of these rules. In particular, we never engage in fee-splitting arrangement or canvassing. Our acquisition service of new clients may be regarded as a visibility service, charged at a rate that is independent of the sales realised by the lawyer.
We consider that our platform plays a positive role for lawyers: it increases the overall volume of sales (lawyers being more accessible) whilst reducing time dedicated to non judicial tasks, such as the search of new clients.
- What are your privacy rules?
The automated process of data collected on our platform has been reported to the CNIL, french state agency in charge of personal data protection (#1729145v0). In this context, we engage in particular that all information will be held confidential and will not be released to any third party. Besides, we assure that no email addresses or phone numbers of our affiliated lawyers are disclosed on our platform in order to reduce any spamming risk.
In addition, our service is limited to connecting lawyers and individuals. We provide no legal advice and do not discuss any legal issue.
